Itchenor, three miles, offers Chichester Harbour boat trips and a passenger ferry to Bosham (Summer only)

Home Farm House is a very spacious modern house with ample parking and a pretty garden, set in a most peaceful lane.

Situated less than a mile from the renowned West Wittering blue flag beach and National Trust coastline where swimming, wind and kite surfing are popular. The area is also visited particularly in the winter by bird watchers who come study the wildfowl.

Our bed & breakfast accommodation consists of:

One very spacious double bedroom with en-suite bath & shower room.

One double bedroom with private bathroom.

Also available is a single bedroom suitable for a relative or friend.

A full English breakfast is served in the dining room.

Please note that the prices are for the room and include breakfast. Single occupancy of a double room may be charged at the full rate for the room.
